For Psychic Development

This is a long meditation (45 minutes) that is designed to truly activate and understand the purpose of your Chakra energies. It is a journey of climbing, pausing on each plateau to connect with  the people, places and purposes associated with our earthly, emotional and spiritual lives. It allows us to see from an observer point of view those issues that influence our lives and to heal them.

Music is designed to highlight the issues that may be involved and the imagery of crystals is incorporated to activate the colour, movement and balance of each chakra.

As in all of the Serene Spirit guided meditations it tells a story...for you to write for yourself.

Towards Mastery

This is a 3-sound-level audio recording to learn the focus of hearing what you need: it has words of guidance, music for a specific mood and the ticking of a clock in the background. The world around us has a cacophony of noises that are difficult to "tune out of."  You can choose what you hear: a task of mastery.
